Troop 500 is 100% self-funded. Fundraisers are held four to six times per year where funds are raised to help pay for advancements, camping supplies, trailer upkeep and miscellaneous funds throughout the year. We do not have annual dues but ask that Scouts participate in pre-scheduled fundraisers.

Individual scout fundraisers are used to fund a scout's personal account. Opportunities include popcorn sales, Scrip program and candy bar sales.
